The Pelham Planning Board celebrates the completion of the Pelham Village Center planning project with the release of "Pelham Village Center - Vision and Potential: A Community Plan". The Planning Board consulted with Pioneer Valley Planning Commission to conduct an assessment of Village Center to create a plan to guide development and activation of the Town-owned properties in the center of town.
Funded through a grant from the Massachusetts Downtown Initiative Program, the plan summarizes the potential uses of the properties and recommends actions to achieve the vision crafted through resident engagement.
