The Pelham Select Board is the local licensing authority for special one-day permits according to the Alcoholic Beverage Control Commission (ABCC) on mass.gov.
Events that include the sale and/or service of alcohol for non-profits and for-profits must apply for a license. There is no fee associated with the permit but liability insurance for the event is required.
Applications can be submitted in one of the three following ways:
Applications should be submitted at least 4 weeks prior to event to allow time for review by the Select Board and processing. A PDF of the application for the one-day special permit is attached.
