Welcome to the Town of Pelham Massachusetts Citizens Online Police Reporting System maintained by the Pelham Police Department.

Using this online citizen police report system allows you to submit a report immediately for certain incident type that have occured within the Town of Pelham. Please confirm the following to find out if online citizen police report filing is right for you:

  • This is NOT an Emergency?
  • This incident occurred within the Pelham Massachusetts town limits?
  • There are No Known suspects?
  • This does not involve a lost or stolen firearm?
  • This does not involve lost or stolen prescription medication?

Upon completion of this report process you will:

  • See the words: "Your online police report has been submitted" showing that your police report is complete.
  • Be given a temporary police report case number. A permanent police case number MAY be provided if the report is approved by a police officer.
  • Be able to print a copy of the police report to keep for your recordsif your report is approved.

Please Note:

  • All cases filed using the Citizens Online Police Reporting System will be reviewed.
  • Upon review, if further investigation of your case is needed, you may be contacted.
  • Filing a false police report is a crime. Making a false report to a police officer is a crime under Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 268 Section 13A. Making a false report to a police officer is punishable by a fine of up to $500 or by imprisonment in a jail or house of correction for up to one year, or both.

Answer If your incident is an emergency, call 911. If non-emergency call 413-253-0484.

Question What if this happened in another city? Can I file a report using this online police citizen reporting system?
Answer No, If a crime took place outside of the Town of Pelham please call the police department for that city/town.

Question What if this happened on Route 202 (Daniel Shays Highway)?
Answer If this took place on Route 202, you can contact the Pelham Police Department to determine if the incident took place within the Pelham Town limits.

Question What is a known suspect?
Answer A known suspect can be: When you or someone else knows the person or where to find the person who committed the crime; or the license plate number of the vehicle the suspect(s) were in.
