Additional hours of operation at the Rhodes Building:
The Pelham Planning Department is available to assist residents and prospective applicants navigate the development process while also providing professional support to the Pelham Planning Board. W. Kyle Finnell, Senior Land Use and Environment Planner with Pioneer Valley Planning Commission, hosts regular office hours at the Rhodes Building and is available via phone and/or email outside scheduled hours.
